For one month prior to your appointment, avoid UV exposure and tanning beds. Do not use epilators, waxing, or sugaring. Only shave or trim hair. Two weeks before your appointment, stop taking antibiotics, especially those containing tetracycline. One to two days before your laser hair removal procedure, discontinue the use of cosmetic products containing alcohol, such as lotions, toners, and deodorants. You should shave the area where you plan to have hair removed. The optimal hair length is 0.5–1 mm.

Before the laser hair removal procedure, cleanse the skin of cosmetic products. Afterwards, refrain from sunbathing and tanning beds.

The number of laser hair removal sessions needed depends on the amount of melanin present, which also affects how well the laser works.

To achieve the best results, you’ll typically need at least 8–10 sessions to completely remove all hair from the area. On average, no more than 20% follicles are removed per session (including all hair follicles, even dormant ones). The procedure is performed once a month.

Not dangerous. The beam's spectrum is so small that it won't go beyond the hair follicle in the bikini area. This means it won't penetrate under the skin. The wave penetration is no more than 5 mm. The laser burns not the skin itself, but the hair follicle, by breaking down the main coloring agent – melanin. Other skin areas have it in insignificant quantities, and therefore the laser doesn't see them. Even if you feel warmth during the procedure, it won't be enough to burn the skin.

Complete hair removal—meaning the destruction of at least 90% hairs. Ideally, maintenance sessions will still be necessary, but the procedure will only need to be performed once every 4–5 years. As a rule, once all hairs in the anagen phase have been treated, their growth stops. The reappearance of unwanted hair may be related to hormonal imbalances. In such cases, it is recommended to undergo diagnostic testing to detect a possible endocrine disorder.

Laser hair removal is an aesthetic medical procedure that the patient decides to undergo independently. A course of treatment is recommended for ingrown or excessive hair growth, and when other hair removal methods cannot be used (due to pain, skin irritation, etc.).

Contraindications:

• Allergy flare-up
• Fresh tan
• Hormonal imbalances
• Pregnancy, lactation;
• Multiple moles in the treatment area;
• Predisposition to keloid scar formation
• Burns, scratches, abrasions on the surface being processed;
• Use of retinoids, antibiotics, photosensitizers.

After the procedure, the laser radiation causes mild redness, indicating that the follicle destruction process has begun. Within 2 weeks after treatment, hairs that were in the anagen stage at the time of epilation will surface and fall out.
